Information entered by users
The app allows users to select products, quantities and packaging specifications and to prepare custom-box requests. Information may include dimensions, quantity, board strength, printing choice and optional requirement notes.
Local persistence
Favourites, quotation selections, quantities, custom-box drafts, recent request information and basic application state may be stored locally on the device using Android SharedPreferences. The app does not automatically upload this locally stored information to a SADDAT GATTA HOUSE server.
Email intent behavior
When a user chooses to send a quotation or custom-box request, the app opens an installed email application using an Android email intent. The user reviews and sends the message from that external application. The app does not send email automatically. Email providers process information according to their own privacy policies.
External applications and browser actions
This version uses email intents. No website is included because no official website was supplied or verified. The app does not provide an in-app browser action.
Third-party services and remote images
The app uses Coil to load product and packaging images from external image hosts. Network requests may expose standard technical information, such as the device IP address, to the image host. The app does not use Firebase, analytics SDKs, advertising SDKs, authentication services, payment gateways or a proprietary backend API.
Permissions
The app requests android.permission.INTERNET only. This permission is used to retrieve external product and packaging images. The app does not request location, camera, microphone, contacts, phone, SMS or media-library permissions.
Data retention and removal
Locally stored preferences and drafts remain until they are replaced, the app storage is cleared, or the app is uninstalled. Information sent through an external email application is retained according to the user’s email provider and recipients.
User choices
Users may avoid entering optional notes, may remove favourites, may clear the app’s storage through Android settings, and may choose not to send a prepared email request.
Children’s privacy
The app is a general business packaging catalogue and quotation-request tool. It is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect children’s personal information through a dedicated account or backend.
