Personal information
The app does not require registration or account creation. It does not directly collect or store the following:
Email requests
When a user chooses to send a quotation or custom-box request, the app opens an installed email application with the request details prepared. The user reviews and sends the email manually.
SADDAT GATTA HOUSE does not send emails automatically, read the user’s inbox, access email passwords, or store the sender’s email address inside the app.
The external email application may add the user’s email address when the message is sent.
Information stored on the device
The app may store locally on the user’s device:
- Favourite products
- The most recent custom-box request
- Box dimensions and required quantity
- Board-strength and printing selections
- Optional requirement notes
Regular quotation selections are generally kept only during the current app session. Locally stored information is not automatically uploaded to a SADDAT GATTA HOUSE server.
Internet permission
The app uses the Android INTERNET permission to load packaging and product images from external image-hosting services. External image providers may automatically receive standard technical information, such as the device’s IP address, when images are loaded.

The app does not use
Data sharing
SADDAT GATTA HOUSE does not sell, rent, or trade user information. Quotation or custom-box information is shared only when the user manually sends it through an external email application.
Data retention and deletion
Favourite products and recent custom-box request details remain on the device until they are replaced or removed, the app’s data is cleared, or the app is uninstalled.

Children’s privacy
SADDAT GATTA HOUSE is a business packaging and quotation application. It is not directed to children under the age of 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

The app limits local storage to favourite products and recent custom-box request details. Users should not enter passwords, banking information, government identification details, or other sensitive information in the optional notes field.
